Vasectomy Pain, How Long Will it Last?

By: Dr. Gary Bellman on September 30, 2012, 2:30 pm

Many guys are concerned about vasectomy side effects and vasectomy pain after surgery. They want to know what the vasectomy recovery time is and when they can get back to normal activities.
The good news is that the pain is usually not too bad and ice for the first few days helps a lot. Usually a man can go back to all activities after a week from the procedure.
Rarely, there is long term vasectomy testicular pain, usually occurring in less that 5% of men and there are solutions to that if it occurs.
